Terms and conditions for purchasing products and services on robotcity.lt

1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) are a binding legal document for both Parties, setting out the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Buyer and Seller when purchasing goods in the robotcity.lt online store.

1.2. The Seller reserves the right to change, amend, or supplement the Terms at any time, in accordance with applicable legal requirements. The Buyer will be informed on the website. The version of the Terms valid at the time of placing the order shall apply.

1.3. The following persons are entitled to make purchases in the online store:

1.3.1. legally capable natural persons, i.e., individuals of legal age whose legal capacity is not restricted by a court;

1.3.2. minors between 14 and 18 years of age, with the consent of their parents or guardians, except where they independently manage their own income;

1.3.3. legal entities;

1.3.4. authorized representatives of all the above-mentioned persons.

1.4. By confirming the Terms, the Seller guarantees that the Buyer has the legal right to purchase goods as outlined in Clause 1.3.

1.5. The contract between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded when the Buyer creates a shopping cart, provides a delivery address, chooses a payment method, and clicks “Confirm Order” after reviewing the Terms (see Clause 5).

1.6. Each contract concluded between the Buyer and the Seller is stored in the online store’s system.

2. Personal Data Protection

2.1. Buyers may place orders without registering in the online store.

2.2. When placing an order, the Buyer must provide the following data for the order to be fulfilled: name, surname, delivery address, phone number, and email address.

2.3. By accepting these Terms, the Buyer agrees that the personal data provided may be processed for order fulfillment, internal analytics, and direct marketing purposes.

2.4. The Buyer agrees to receive informational messages via email or phone necessary for order processing.

2.5. The Buyer must keep login details confidential and not disclose them to third parties.

3. Buyer’s Rights and Obligations

3.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in accordance with these Terms and applicable store policies.

3.2. The Buyer may withdraw from the purchase agreement by notifying the Seller via email (info@robotcity.lt), no later than 14 (fourteen) days after the delivery, except in cases where the contract cannot be canceled by law (e.g., hygiene items such as bedding).

3.3. The Buyer may only exercise the right of withdrawal if the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.

3.4. The Buyer must accept the ordered goods and pay the agreed price.

3.5. If any of the Buyer’s registration details change, they must update them immediately.

3.6. If login details are lost, the Buyer must notify the Seller without delay using the contact details in the “Contact Us” section.

3.7. By using the online store, the Buyer agrees to these Terms and undertakes to comply with Lithuanian laws.

3.8. The Buyer agrees not to trade any products purchased from robotcity.lt with or through Russia or Belarus, either directly or indirectly. If any such trade is detected, the Buyer will be held liable and all cooperation will be terminated.

4. Seller’s Rights and Obligations

4.1. The Seller shall ensure access to the online store and proper order fulfillment.

4.2. If the Buyer compromises the stability or security of the store or breaches their obligations, the Seller may suspend or cancel the Buyer’s access without notice.

4.3. The Seller respects the Buyer’s privacy and will protect personal data as outlined in the registration form.

4.4. The Seller shall deliver the goods to the address specified by the Buyer.

5. Ordering, Pricing, Payment

5.1. Orders can be placed 24/7.

5.2. The contract takes effect once the Buyer confirms the order, and the Seller sends a confirmation email.

5.3. Prices are listed in euros, including VAT.

5.4. Payments can be made via:

5.4.1. Online banking (through the EveryPay payment platform);

5.4.2. Credit/debit card (MasterCard, Maestro, VISA, VISA Electron).

5.5. Goods are reserved and prepared only after payment is received.

6. Delivery

6.1. The Buyer must provide an accurate delivery address.

6.2. The Buyer must accept the goods personally or ensure someone is available at the specified address.

6.3. Goods are delivered by the Seller or an authorized courier.

6.4. Delivery times are approximate and depend on stock availability. In case of delays, the Seller will contact the Buyer.

6.5. The Seller is not liable for late deliveries due to Buyer-related or external causes.

6.6. The Buyer must inform the Seller immediately of damaged packaging, wrong or missing items, or incomplete goods.

6.7. If the packaging is damaged, the Buyer must note this in the courier’s delivery document or write a separate report in the courier’s presence.

7. Product Quality Guarantee

7.1. Product descriptions include general information about each item.

7.2. The Seller is not liable for color, shape, or other variations caused by the Buyer’s display settings.

7.3. Some items may include a quality guarantee, which will be stated in the product description.

7.4. If no guarantee is provided, statutory warranty provisions apply.

8. Returns and Exchanges

8.1. Faulty or low-quality items are returned or replaced in accordance with the Rules for the Return and Replacement of Items, approved by Order No. 217 of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania on of June 29, 2001). Refunds are made only to the original payer’s bank account.

8.2. To return goods under Clause 8.1, the Buyer must notify the Seller within 14 days via email (info@robotcity.lt) and fill out the Return Form, which is available under the “Service / Return Form” section.

8.3. Conditions for returning goods:

8.3.1. goods must be in their original, undamaged packaging;

8.3.2. goods must be undamaged by the Buyer;

8.3.3. goods must be unused and in their original condition (intact labels, unremoved protective films, etc.);

8.3.4. goods must include all original components;

8.3.5. proof of purchase must be provided.

8.4. The Seller may refuse returns that do not comply with Clause 8.3.

8.5. If an incorrect or defective item is received, the Seller will cover return costs and send a replacement.

8.6. If no replacement is available, the Buyer will be refunded (excluding delivery charges).

8.7. If the item is not defective, the Buyer must return it at their own expense to:

9. Liability

9.1. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of personal data. The Seller is not liable for consequences arising from inaccurate data.

9.2. The Buyer is responsible for actions taken using their account.

9.3. If a third party accesses the store using the Buyer’s credentials, they are considered to be the Buyer.

9.4. The Seller is not liable if the Buyer does not review the Terms, despite having had the opportunity to do so.

9.5. The Seller is not responsible for external websites linked to from the store.

9.6. The responsible Party must compensate the other Party for direct damages caused.

10. Marketing and Communication

10.1. The Seller may run promotions at their discretion.

10.2. The Seller may change or cancel promotions without notice, and such changes apply going forward only.

10.3. The Seller communicates using the contact information provided during registration.

10.4. The Buyer must direct all inquiries via the “Contact Us” section.

10.5. The Seller is not responsible for undelivered messages caused by technical issues or incorrect contact information.

11. Final Provisions

11.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

11.2. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through negotiations. If unsuccessful, disputes are handled under Lithuanian law. The consumer dispute body can be found at www.vvtat.lt, or on the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.

11.3. All content on the website, including articles, photos, tables, etc., is intended for personal information only and may not be copied or used for commercial purposes.
