Return Policy

Product defects are remedied, and faulty items are replaced or refunded in accordance with the Rules for the Return and Replacement of Items, approved by Order No. 217 of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania of June 29, 2001 (hereinafter “the Rules”), except in cases where the contract cannot be cancelled under Lithuanian law (for example, when the contract concerns the sale of hygiene items, such as bedding – see Clause 18 of “Specifics of Non-Food Product Returns and Exchanges” on the website of the Consumer Centre: http://www.vartotojucentras.lt/istatymas.php?id=1038). Refunds for returned products are always issued to the payer’s bank account.

If the Buyer wishes to return an item based on Clause 8.1 of the Rules, they may do so within 14 (fourteen) days from the date the goods were delivered by notifying the Seller via the contact details provided in the Contact section (info@robotcity.lt), indicating the name of the item to be returned, the order number, and the reason for the return.

When returning an item, the Buyer must comply with the following conditions:

The Seller has the right to refuse the return if the Buyer fails to follow the return procedure outlined in Clause 8.3 of the Rules.

In cases where the wrong item and/or a defective item was received, the Seller commits to collecting such items and replacing them with suitable, identical products.

If no suitable replacement is available, the amount paid for the item will be refunded to the Buyer, excluding delivery charges.

If the item is not defective or damaged during transport, the Buyer is responsible for returning the item at their own expense to the address provided by the Seller:
